TERMS OF SERVICE

MY WORK WILL ONLY BE FOR PERSONAL USE, AND WILL NOT BE USED FOR A. I PURPOSES, NFTS, REPRODUCTION FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, ETC. COMMISSIONING ME AGREES TO THESE TERMSI RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY COMMISSION AT ANY TIME, AND THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION REGARDLESS OF REASON.CANCELLATION OF A COMMISSION AND REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY POINT OF THE COMMISSION PROCESS; HOWEVER, REFUNDS ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO BE PARTIAL DEPENDING ON HOW FAR ALONG THE COMMISSION IS. - Clients may request a work in progress (WIP) at any time
- I will reach out with a WIP for revisions at the following stages of completion:
- Sketch
- Linework/Flat Colors
- Final Render
- Revisions that require reworking previously approved elements may incur additional charges and/or be rejected.
- Major revisions (changing pose, character, large design elements, clothing, etc) following sketch stage approval may incur an additional charge.
- Artistic freedom commissions have limited revision options - the client may only request corrections to character design errors.
- Revisions due to inaccurate order info may be rejected.POSTING & REDISTRIBUTION
As the artist, I:
- Retain the artwork’s copyright
- May choose not to upload all completed commissions
- May repost the commission for advertising without tagging the client
- Will not produce prints or merch of the commission without the client’s explicit consent
- Do not claim ownership of the artwork’s contents (characters, settings, etc.)
As the client, you:
- May reproduce the artwork for personal use (personal prints, apparel, gifts for friends, etc.)
- May upload your commission with credit (you may not credit the commission to another artist)
- Do not own your commission’s copyright
- May not mint your commission as an NFT
- May not use your commission for AI training
- May not reproduce your commission for profit

For half-bodies and headshots, it will be an additional $10note: depending on the type of commission, additional character charges will be subject to change. for example, a fully rendered piece with an additional character might cost more because both characters being fully rendered
